What we collect and why

When you use our consultation form we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us (your goal, preferred times, message). We use it only to reply to you and arrange your consultation. It is sent to us by email and is not used for marketing unless you ask to hear from us.

Cookies and analytics

If you click “Accept” on our cookie banner, we load Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics (to understand how people use the site) and the Meta Pixel (to measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts). These set cookies and share usage data with Google and Meta. If you click “Decline”, none of these load. You can change your choice any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we keep the details needed to run your training and billing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to Malta’s data protection regulator, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
